Call Center Agent

Saglan Wajee General Hospital is hiring 2 Call Center Agents to handle incoming calls, inquiries, and service requests professionally. Responsibilities include providing accurate information about services, scheduling appointments, understanding basic health concerns to direct patients, identifying urgent cases, and following up on referrals. Applicants must hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing from a recognized government university with a CGPA of 3.00 and above. Proficiency in Afaan Oromoo and Amharic is mandatory.
