PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR

NIB CANDY FACTORY PLC is seeking a Production Supervisor for a permanent, full-time position located at the Burayu Tatek Industry area. The Production Supervisor will manage shift production activities, supervise shop-floor operations, ensure quality and GMP compliance, monitor production performance, coordinate equipment maintenance, and maintain safety and sanitation standards. Applicants must hold a B.Sc. Degree in Food Science, Food Technology or a related field, along with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in a production or shift-supervision role within a manufacturing environment. Experience in food, beverage, confectionery, packaging, or consumer goods manufacturing is considered an advantage.
