Senior Procurement/Purchase Officer

Responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing the organization's procurement and purchasing activities in accordance with approved budgets, internal policies, and commercial practices. The role ensures that goods, equipment, materials, and ICT services are procured at optimal quality, quantity, price, and time while maintaining transparency, competitiveness, and effective supplier relationships. Candidates must hold a Bachelor's Degree in Procurement & Supply Management, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Management, Accounting, or a related field, with a minimum of 3 years of relevant procurement or supply chain experience. Experience in a Private Limited Company (PLC) environment is preferred.
