East Region Sales Head

Mega Store PLC is looking for an East Region Sales Head to own regional sales targets for medical equipment, reagents, and consumables. Responsibilities include building and managing the regional sales team, distributors, and key hospital accounts, driving installation follow-up and after-sales coordination, managing receivable collection and credit exposure, and reporting performance against BSC and OKR targets. Candidates must have a Bachelor’s Degree in Biomedical Engineering, Medical Laboratory, Marketing, Management, or a related field with at least 5 years of relevant work experience.
