Project Manager- Building Construction

Atta Trading PLC is looking for a Project Manager for Building Construction. The candidate will lead and manage the overall execution of building construction projects, coordinate civil, structural, architectural, MEP, and finishing works, and manage project time, cost, quality, resources, and risk. Responsibilities also include reviewing drawings, specifications, and site issues, managing subcontractors, and handling contracts, variations, and payment certificates. Requirements include a Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field with a minimum of 10 years of relevant work experience. Priority will be given to candidates with substantial building and high-rise construction experience; experience primarily focused on roads, bridges, highways, or other infrastructure projects will not be considered.
