Monitoring & Evaluation Specialist

The Monitoring & Evaluation Specialist will coordinate the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of the results-based M&E/MEAL system for the regional "Improving the Prevention of Female Genital Mutilation in the Horn of Africa (FGM Prev)" programme across Ethiopia, Somalia, and Sudan. The role provides strategic M&E advice to program management, oversees data quality and reporting, and strengthens the capacity of implementing partners and civil society organizations. Qualifications include a university degree (Master’s degree preferred) in Monitoring and Evaluation, Development Studies, Economics, Social Sciences, Statistics, Public Policy, or a related field, and a minimum of 7 years of relevant professional experience in results-based M&E/MEAL.
