Quantity Surveyor

The Quantity Surveyor (Building) is responsible for managing project costs, contracts, and financial documentation throughout the lifecycle of building construction projects. This role ensures accurate quantity take-offs, timely preparation of payment applications, effective handling of variations, and proper contract administration to support successful project delivery. Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or a related field, 3–7 years of experience in construction projects, strong knowledge of building construction methods, materials, and standards, and familiarity with building contract frameworks.
