Finance Manager

Novel Industrial Group is looking for a Finance Manager to lead financial planning, accounting, costing, cash-flow management, financial reporting, internal controls, and compliance. The role provides financial analysis and business insights to support management decision-making and collaborates with Production, Procurement, Sales, and other departments to improve cost control, profitability, and overall operational performance. Applicants must hold a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, with at least 5 years of relevant experience, including 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role, and proven experience in manufacturing costing, inventory accounting, cash-flow forecasting, and management reporting.
