Responsible for coordinating, implementing, and monitoring disability inclusion and youth support services at the woreda level under the 'Biqu Wotat Program' initiative. The role serves as a key link among ECDD, ADA, woreda government offices, one-stop centers, schools, organizations of persons with disabilities (OPDs), health and rehabilitation providers, communities, families, and youth with disabilities (YWDs) aged 15–29.
