Membership Management Officer

Responsible for leading the end-to-end onboarding, engagement, and retention of ESEDA's member companies. The role serves as the primary liaison between the association and its micro, small, and medium enterprise (MSME) members, ensuring consistent value delivery, effective communication, database integrity, and strong member relations across digital channels. Candidates must hold a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, with a minimum of 2 to 3 years of professional experience in management, customer relations, or a similar client-facing role. Prior experience with industry associations or clean energy sectors is considered a strong asset.
